Family Violence Assault Bodily Injury case Rejected and Expunged before being filed by County Attorney in Hunt County
Client was involved in an argument with ex-husband related to child visitation issues. Client contacted Corrigan who put together the entire history of the relationship and the context of the incident. Corrigan was also quickly in contact with the complaining witness to verify accuracy and his feelings as well as to discuss the possibility of the complaining witness submitting an affidavit of nonprosecution.
